Service Description
Snagged jewelry resulting in a broken chain or piece too small or too large. (Pieces “too tight” will need to have additional chain added to make them larger, or a connector can be added to give some length for additional cost)
Cancellation Policy
A credit card will be required to be on file to book. You will not be charged until the date of your appointment in studio. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you may be charged a part of your appointment fee. If you are a no show, the full cost of your booked appointment will be charged. However I know things come up and you may need to reschedule. Just contact me as soon as possible and we will work to reschedule your appointment.
